Geoff Christie is a sole practitioner with many years experience in the areas of legal work in which he specialises. He likes to offer a personal service to his clients. Until mid 2009 he was an equity partner in a large and successful regional law firm.

Geoff is the owner of Christie Solicitors Limited which is based at the Fairfield Enterprise Centre in Louth, Lincolnshire. The firm is fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and complies with all of its requirements including those relating to insurance. This means that as with any solicitors clients interests are fully protected. The practice opened for the provision of legal services on 1st October 2009.

We specialise in acting for clients in connection with work which does not involve litigation or representation in court. The services that we provide are for both commercial and business clients and for individual private clients are varied and detailed information and guidance is given on other pages.

Although Christie Solicitors only undertake certain types of legal work themselves Geoff has maintined close links with colleagues elsewhere and particulalrly in his old firm. This means that if there are services which we cannot provide then with the clients agreement we will refer the matter to a solicitor who specialises in the area of law concerned and does nothing else - in other words to a true expert.

When this happens we keep in touch with all concerned and give as much help and assitance as we can until we know that everything is satisfactorily concluded. This will often result in the payment to us of a referral fee which we tell you about and which usually meets the cost of our involvement.
