We are a small practice offering a very personal service to our clients. Most of the work which we undertake is non-contentious and does not involve litigation or other court work. Our clients benefit from reasonable fees and a friendly and efficient approach.

From time to time our clients need legal assistance which we are not qualified to provide because the work involved will be outside our areas of expertise. In those circumstances and with our clients agreement we refer their work to colleagues in other larger regional law firms who have the experts available to deal with the issues.

When we make referrals on behalf of clients we like to keep in touch with all concerned and monitor progress until everything is concluded. Usually we do not have to make a charge for any work undertaken because we receive an introductory fee from the other firm involved which covers our time and costs. Full details of any arrangements of this type are always given to our clients.
