your solicitor - Geoff Christie

Geoff was born in London and his parents were from Lancashire. Until aged 11 when he moved with his family to Lincolnshire he lived for short periods in Manchester, Barnsley, Frome and Chorley. In Lincolnshire he lived in the villages of Scotter and Messingham prior to moving to Springthorpe near Gainsborough whilst undertaking his training with what is now HSR Law. After qualifying Geoff moved to Spilsby where he was based for 12 years. Subsequently he practised in both Louth and Lincoln after his firm amalgamated with Bridge McFarland where he was a partner until 2009.

Most of Geoff's near family now live in Cornwall. As he has worked in eastern Lincolnshire for most of his career he has many friends and contacts in the area. He has lived in Louth since 1992 and very much likes the town. Geoff also has a property in southern Portugal where he is establishing contacts both personally and professionally. He is a golf player of the 'hacking' variety and very much enjoys foreign travel.
